A year full of love for the Elderly and to be continued…
As this year comes to an end, we would like to thank all those who were by our side from the bottom of our hearts during this difficult time. All of our efforts were supported. Our goal for this year was the protection and care of the elderly citizens of our community, but also our desire to inform the world and raise awareness about the elderly and its needs. Although there were quite many struggles our goal was achieved. We have managed to protect our beloved residents, keep them in touch with their families despite the difficult conditions prevailing, provide care for the homes of our elderly fellow citizens and launch a new service, aiming at counseling support for both seniors and of their relatives.
The lessons that this pandemic taught us were many and substantial. The goal of the coming year is not to forget what we have learned, but with prudence and patience to redefine our existence and to fight so that all people have the life they deserve. If there is one thing we have learned this year, it is the value of our fellow human beings, the love and the hope for a better tomorrow. Do not stop dreaming and hoping! We may have been isolated for a while this year, but this was an opportunity to realize how our fellow human beings feel, who for various reasons are forced to live a lonely life. Do not forget to share the warmth of your heart with anyone who needs it. Where there is a will there is a way!
